In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, your rights include:

Right of Access: the right to confirm whether your personal data are being processed by 55+ and the right to access your personal data together with certain information, including obtaining a copy of your personal data undergoing processing. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data will be retained in accordance with their respective purposes and the applicable legal retention periods. Accordingly, data required for the invoicing of services provided by 55+ will be retained for a period of 10 years. Where no specific legal requirement exists, data will be stored and retained only for the appropriate period and to the extent necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, unless the right to object, the right to erasure or the withdrawal of consent is exercised within the legal limits.

Sharing of Personal Data
55+ may transfer your data to subcontracted entities for the purposes referred to above, in accordance with the agreements concluded with them.
